The symposium honours Joan Guinovart, a pioneer in glycogen research whose scientific legacy has profoundly shaped the field. Bringing together leading researchers from across the world, the meeting will explore current advances and open questions in glycogen biology, spanning molecular mechanisms, metabolism, brain physiology, exercise and disease.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is required. On-site places in Barcelona are limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged.
